Book a consultation
If you want advice before deciding whether to instruct us, book a consultation with a solicitor by phone or video. The fee is fixed, it is refunded against our fee if you go on to instruct us, and you get a written note of the advice afterwards.
Which consultation
- Quick consultation: one short question, no document review. Right for "do I qualify?" and "what are my options?"
- Half-hour consultation: your background and options in detail, with documents sent in advance reviewed before the call.
- One-hour consultation: a full hour with a solicitor on any area of law, including employers and sponsors, with your documents reviewed in advance.

How to book
Choose a time in the booking tool on this page, or call 0161 222 5860. You will receive confirmation and a link to upload documents. Consultations are by phone or video; in-person consultations can be arranged at the Manchester office.
Before the call
Send us any refusal letters, your current visa or status, and a short note of what you want to know. The more we have in advance, the more useful the advice.
If you cannot afford a consultation
If your case may be within the scope of legal aid, call us first; the assessment is free.
