This site uses as few cookies and similar technologies as it can. Nothing other than the essential items below is set until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

Essential

These are needed for the site to work and do not need your consent.

Your cookie choice: a single item in your browser that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics and advertising cookies, so we do not ask again. It holds no personal information. Kept for 12 months.
Enquiry form: while you are on the site, your browser keeps a note of the page you arrived on and any campaign reference in the address, so that if you send an enquiry we can see which page it came from. This is stored in your browser's session storage, is sent to us only if you submit the form, and is cleared when you close the browser.
Security and delivery: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a cookie to protect the site from automated attacks and to deliver it reliably.
Accreditation badges: the SRA digital badge and our Cyber Essentials certificate are loaded from their providers (Yoshki for the SRA, Blockmark Technologies for Cyber Essentials) so that they can be verified as genuine. Those providers may set their own cookies in the badge area only.

Analytics and advertising (only if you accept)

If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, which sets:

Google Analytics 4 cookies, which tell us which pages are visited, how people move through the site and whether an enquiry is sent. They do not tell us who you are. Kept for up to 2 years.
Google Ads conversion cookies, which let us see whether people who clicked one of our adverts went on to contact us, so that we can tell which adverts are worth paying for. Kept for up to 90 days.

If you reject, none of these is loaded and no analytics or advertising data about your visit is sent to Google.

Third-party links

Buttons that open WhatsApp, and links to other sites such as GOV.UK, ukspousevisa.co.uk and immigrationcafe.co.uk, take you to services with their own cookie policies.

Changing your choice

Use the cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner, or clear this site's data in your browser. You can also block cookies for all sites in your browser settings; the essential items above will still be needed for the enquiry form to record where it came from.
