Every case at Primus Solicitors is run by a qualified solicitor, supported by accredited caseworkers and a team of paralegals and administrators. We advise in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
Kashif Iqbal, Principal Solicitor and Director
Kashif founded Primus Solicitors and heads the firm. He was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2008 and is also a qualified solicitor. He is accredited under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme at level 2 with supervisor status, and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and the Law Society of England and Wales.
He holds a master's degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law, London (now the University of Law). He specialises in immigration and asylum law and represents clients before the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.
Shaheeda Marizan Nor, Senior Caseworker
Shaheeda holds an LLB from Northumbria University and completed the Bar Vocational Course in 2006. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Before joining Primus Solicitors she worked at a number of law firms and community centres, and for nearly four years at Slater and Gordon.
