We act for employers who need to sponsor staff and for people who need a visa to work in the UK. The sponsored routes changed substantially in 2024 and 2025, with higher salary thresholds, a higher skill level for most jobs and the closure of some routes to new applicants from overseas. For workers we check eligibility against the current thresholds, prepare the application and deal with the Home Office to decision.
